In Houdan, the town provides communal spaces for meetings, performances and private or professional events. The hall listed at 24 rue des Jeux de Billes can be booked through the municipal events department. The town hall states that the municipal space at this address can accommodate 80 people, making it suitable for moderately sized gatherings.

Houdan residents, businesses, property management companies and local associations can submit a request, subject to the rules for each hall and availability. Requests are handled by the town hall: first check the required date with the relevant department, then complete the rental agreement and provide the required supporting documents. These include public liability insurance and rental and security deposit cheques. The booking slots available to private individuals are limited, while businesses and property management companies can request a booking on weekdays, except Sundays. The communal halls are not available to rent in July and August.

As access conditions vary depending on the applicant's profile and the hall concerned, we recommend confirming the exact name of the space, its capacity and the applicable arrangements for the proposed date with the events department. The key handover and rental payment are also subject to the procedure set by the town hall.
