Tagungshäuser des Erzbistums Köln brings together several venues at different locations, offering event organisers a choice of spaces for conferences, seminars and congresses. The venues are located in Cologne, Bergisch Gladbach, Siegburg, Königswinter and Euskirchen, among other places. Depending on the occasion, organisers can choose between a central city setting, a historic backdrop and locations close to nature.
The offer includes a total of 58 seminar and conference rooms, with around 4,623 square metres of event space altogether. The largest room can accommodate up to 500 people. Alongside rooms for larger events, there are smaller options for workshops and meetings. Through the central booking service, event organisers can explain their requirements and receive help choosing the right venue. Rooms and meeting spaces are then booked directly with the relevant location.
Several venues are also available for private and celebratory occasions. These include weddings, communions, birthdays, anniversaries and Christmas parties. Depending on the venue, guests can use rooms for around 50 to 200 people, terraces or courtyards. Menus and buffets complement the celebration packages.
