Meteo Koffie – coffee roasted outdoors, in rhythm with the weather
Every Saturday and Sunday, from 6 am to 3 pm, we roast our coffee live at Marché de l'Abattoir in Anderlecht, on our “Golden” roaster. Raw. Wild. Unpredictable. The day’s weather influences every roast: temperature, humidity and wind shape the aromatic profile of each batch. Thanks to a QR code, each packet is linked to the weather report for the day it was roasted.
For companies, we offer the Friday Roast™, a coffee-based team-building experience. For 45 to 60 minutes, a group of 5 to 15 colleagues watches a live roast, follows our “Weather Report” and tastes three coffees. Sessions take place on Saturdays at 9.30 am and 2 pm. Participation is free, by registration and subject to availability.
We also support companies day to day with coffee plans for the office, using freshly roasted beans.
We speak French, Dutch, English, German, Spanish and Romanian.
