Foxy's Den & Hall @ Hapsford

Foxy's Den and Hall @ Hapsford offer two event spaces near Frome, Somerset, for organisers planning private celebrations, wedding receptions and gatherings. The main venue, Foxy's Den, is hired exclusively for each booking and is suited to larger occasions, including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, children's parties and celebrations of life. It has a private bar, dance floor and lounge area, with space for up to 100 wedding guests. The team can help with planning and venue setup, and the venue is licensed until midnight.

Food can be arranged in a range of formats, including seated meals, buffets, barbecues and afternoon tea. Other options include an in-house DJ, disco, tablecloths, chair covers and coloured sashes. Organisers can discuss their preferred setup and any extras when enquiring. Free parking is available, and a local minibus service may be available for guests returning to the surrounding area.

Hall @ Hapsford provides a separate, bright open space available to hire by the hour. Its flexible format suits children's parties, baby showers, workshops, classes, meetings and team days, as well as repeat bookings. A bouncy castle can also be hired for children's celebrations.

Together, the two spaces give event planners a choice between exclusive-use hire for a larger celebration and shorter, hourly bookings for smaller gatherings or activities. The venue team invites organisers to share their date and event plans so they can discuss the appropriate space, catering and arrangements.
