The Rose Room

The Rose Room is a private event venue in Venice, California, offering organisers a flexible indoor space for gatherings and creative productions. Set close to Venice Beach, the studio provides more than 2,000 square feet of open-plan space, with concrete floors, high timber rafters, skylights and a large bay window. Its simple, airy setting can be styled for an occasion or used as a pared-back backdrop for a production.

The venue can host a broad mix of events, including dinner receptions, private parties, business gatherings, exhibitions, photo shoots and video productions. Different layouts accommodate up to 225 guests standing, 175 in theatre style, 100 in classroom format or 120 for a seated dinner. A partial seating arrangement with space for dancing is also available. Room hire is offered in half-day and full-day periods, with the option to enquire about multi-day bookings.

Organisers have access to on-site Wi-Fi, sound, projection and lighting, and an AV technician or additional equipment can be arranged. The venue also has a selection of furniture, including a wooden bar, tables, benches and a buffet counter, with extra furniture available on request. For event planning, the team can assist with arrangements such as staffing and catering. Food options may include charcuterie, passed appetisers, buffet stations and a taco stand.

With its open layout and adaptable facilities, The Rose Room gives event planners a distinctive Westside setting for events that need room to be arranged around their own format, styling and programme.
