Heart Hill, LLC

Set among 140 acres of countryside in Butler, Ohio, Heart Hill offers a scenic setting for weddings and other gatherings. The property looks out towards the Mohican Forest and combines open grounds with dedicated indoor event space, giving organisers a choice of locations and a practical alternative if plans need to move indoors.

Couples can exchange vows beside the Victorian gazebo or use the outdoor areas for photographs and celebrations. The event centre provides space for receptions, dining and dancing, while a bridal suite gives the wedding party a place to prepare. A water garden, grassy areas and a broad concrete gathering space add further options for guests to meet and enjoy the surroundings.

Wedding bookings are available for up to 160 attendees, with multi-day options. For smaller celebrations, micro-wedding packages accommodate up to 50 guests and include up to six hours of venue use. The venue also welcomes a range of non-wedding occasions, including baby and bridal showers, graduation parties, anniversaries, proms, banquets, family reunions and celebrations of life. These event packages can host up to 160 people for up to four hours.

Packages include a venue coordinator, chairs and tables suited to the booking, and parking attendants. Organisers can enquire about their event and arrange a tour to explore the property and discuss which spaces and package best fit their plans. With indoor and outdoor settings and support on the day, Heart Hill gives couples and event planners a countryside location for both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations.
