The salle Simone Veil, located in the Espace intergénérationnel de Cysoing, is a municipal facility available for hire for meetings and community or group activities. It can accommodate up to 80 people. The room was previously known as salle Abbé Pierre, a name still visible on some booking pages. The town hall has since adopted the name Simone Veil.

This venue is suitable for organisers looking for a space to bring a group together in a local, practical setting. Associations, organisations and individuals can submit a request to the municipality, which manages bookings and confirms availability based on its calendar and municipal priorities. Terms and rates vary according to the applicant's profile and the length of time the room is used.

The room is not equipped with a kitchen or crockery. Municipal regulations allow catering, but meals may not be prepared on site. Users must comply with the opening hours, safety instructions and rules of use specified by the town hall. Municipal halls are not available for dance parties or weddings, and use of the salle Simone Veil is subject to a set finishing time. Before planning a gathering, workshop or meeting, organisers are therefore advised to check the applicable terms and submit their request to the municipal service.
