Luminarias Celebrating You

Luminarias is an event venue in Sanford, North Carolina, for organisers planning weddings, corporate gatherings and personal celebrations. Its 5,000 sq ft space can host up to 298 guests, with layouts that can be adapted to suit different occasions and styles. The venue welcomes couples arranging ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners and related celebrations, as well as businesses planning meetings, luncheons and corporate events.

Organisers can work with an event coordinator for help with arrangements, choosing suppliers and shaping the space around their plans. The venue provides tables, chairs and tablecloths, audiovisual facilities, setup and clean-up, and an updated preparation area. Clients can select from décor options or bring their own decorations and preferred vendors, giving them flexibility to make choices that suit their budget and event style. Vendor suggestions are available for services such as catering, photography, flowers and entertainment, while these remain separate supplier services.

The venue also offers rooms for preparations, including spaces identified as the Marilyn Room and Sinatra Room. Its lighting and multimedia facilities can support a range of event formats, from seated dinners to presentations and social gatherings. Luminarias is positioned near local hotels for guests travelling to Sanford, and prospective clients can arrange a tour, check date availability and request a tailored quote. The venue also offers assistance in Spanish.
