PBC Venue

PBC Venue offers event space on a property among trees and open fields in Springfield, Illinois. Its main venue is a 5,000-square-foot barn-style space with sliding doors, chandelier lighting and a balcony, suited to weddings and celebrations for groups of around 50 to 200 guests. The venue also has a renovated historic house, originally built in 1865, and a more casual Party Garage, giving organisers a choice of settings across the property.

Weddings are a central part of the offer, with options ranging from venue-only hire to weekend and micro-wedding packages. The venue also hosts occasions such as bridal showers, rehearsal dinners and post-wedding brunches. Couples can choose a package with planning and coordination support, or shape their day around their own schedule and preferences. The team can assist with event timelines, set-up, décor choices, flowers, table settings and other practical details.

Some wedding packages include use of several areas on the property, such as the bridal party house, outdoor ceremony area, barn reception space and garage. Additional features and services may include a bar, DJ, dance floor, event staff and selected décor inventory. Catering and photography are arranged separately in some packages, and the venue works with vendors it has met and briefed in advance.

For event planners, the combination of indoor and outdoor areas offers flexibility for different parts of a celebration, from ceremonies and receptions to informal guest spaces. Organisers can check availability, review package options and arrange a private tour before booking. PBC Venue positions itself as a flexible local venue with wedding-focused planning assistance and spaces for gatherings of different sizes.
