The Xperience by LuXury Escapes

The Xperience by LuXury Escapes is a downtown Kalamazoo venue available for private celebrations and business events. Its main space offers more than 3,200 square feet of open floor area, giving organisers room to arrange the setting around their event. Weddings, receptions, birthdays, reunions, private dinners, meetings and corporate functions are among the occasions it welcomes.

The venue has floor-to-ceiling front windows, high ceilings, wood-style flooring, chandeliers, adjustable lighting and a raised stage. Its flexible layout can be adapted for different event styles, while a kitchenette provides space to store food and prepare presentations. Tables and chairs, Wi-Fi and access to a connected parking structure are among the practical facilities. A full-service bar is available, with bartender service and drink packages offered as additions to a booking.

Organisers can choose their own vendors, and the venue lists licensed caterers as an option. Depending on the booking, available arrangements include a ceremony and reception, a cash or open bar, and use of the house sound system. The team also offers consultations and walkthroughs to help clients consider the space and plan the details.

The business also promotes City Centre Events, a downtown ballroom that can be divided into two rooms. Its bar-side room accommodates up to 125 guests, while the full ballroom can host up to 350. That space is marketed for weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, conferences and Quinceañeras, with event planning and day-of support available. Together, the spaces give organisers options for occasions ranging from smaller gatherings to larger celebrations in central Kalamazoo.
