Social Space LLC

The Social Space is a small, flexible event venue in New Richmond, Wisconsin, available to hire for personal celebrations and professional gatherings. Its 1,200-square-foot open-plan room can host up to 48 guests, making it suited to events where organisers want a private setting without the scale of a large function hall.

The venue is regularly used for bridal and baby showers, rehearsal dinners, graduation and birthday parties, retirement celebrations and memorial gatherings. It can also accommodate business meetings, workshops, networking events, club gatherings and pop-up shops. The room is arranged as a blank canvas, with a mix of dining chairs, tables, high-top tables, sofas and other casual seating that can be adapted to the occasion.

A kitchenette provides a refrigerator and freezer, microwave, coffee maker and generous counter space for serving food or displaying products. Organisers may bring their own food or arrange an outside caterer. The venue does not provide microphones or speakers, but offers two mounted televisions, Wi-Fi and an HDMI connection for presentations. A private unisex restroom is located within the suite.

Bookings are available by the hour, with longer and multi-day options for events that need extra time. The rental period should include set-up and clear-up. The space is available daily from early morning until late evening, and organisers can arrange a tour before booking. Located near Highway 64, it serves New Richmond and the wider St Croix Valley, with access from western Wisconsin and the Twin Cities area.
