Coyote Ranch

Set in Coyote Valley, just south of San Jose, Coyote Ranch offers an expansive outdoor setting for corporate gatherings, weddings and private celebrations. Its grounds include several distinct areas beneath mature trees, allowing organisers to choose a space suited to their group, event style and guest numbers. Smaller gatherings can use an intimate area, while a full-ranch booking can accommodate events for up to 5,000 people.

The venue hosts company picnics, employee appreciation days, team-building events, corporate meetings and retreats, as well as weddings, receptions, anniversaries, reunions, graduations and memorial gatherings. Wedding celebrations can include a ceremony setting and an outdoor reception area, with tables, seating, lighting and a dance floor varying by location. A fire pit and open lawns add options for guests to gather and spend time outdoors.

For corporate picnics and other group events, organisers can arrange private food and beverage service, including barbecue menus, alongside activities such as bocce, volleyball, horseshoes and games. The ranch also offers additional entertainment and activities by arrangement. Couples may choose the venue's buffet and beverage package or discuss using an outside caterer, subject to the ranch's requirements.

The Coyote Ranch team can help coordinate event details and tailor arrangements to the occasion. With several private event areas, large grounds and options for food, drinks and activities, the venue provides organisers with a flexible countryside setting for both relaxed daytime events and evening celebrations.
