RaumErweiterungsHalle (REH)

Kopenhagener Straße 17, 10437 Berlin, Germany

Die RaumErweiterungsHalle, or REH for short, is a distinctive event venue in Berlin's Prenzlauer Berg district. The expandable hall building dates back to the late 1960s and has a character and industrial feel all of its own. During the day, the hall serves as a showroom for reclaimed wood furniture by GEYERSBACH. For events, the space becomes a cultural meeting place with room for a range of formats.

The REH is particularly well suited to readings, discussions, concerts and exhibitions. Rehearsals and creative projects also find a fitting setting here. The programme includes jazz events, among others, featuring external cultural partners and artists. In this way, the venue combines the presentation of design objects with a lively cultural offering.

For event planners looking for a distinctive venue for a smaller cultural or creative event, the unusual architecture is a defining feature. Rather than a neutral hall, guests can expect a flexible space that transforms from a furniture showroom into a stage or exhibition area. The REH therefore offers a distinctive atmosphere for events where the space itself can be part of the experience. Those interested can contact GEYERSBACH to enquire about event options and suitable arrangements.
