Signature Retreat Farms

Signature Retreat is a countryside venue in Pattison, Texas, offering indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, family celebrations and business gatherings. Set across 26 acres, the property combines a 5,000-square-foot banquet hall with landscaped grounds, a lily pond, waterfalls, garden paths and a covered pagoda for ceremonies and smaller receptions.

The climate-controlled banquet hall can accommodate events for up to 300 guests. It has chandeliers, tables and chairs, portable staging and upstairs dressing rooms, giving organisers space for dining, speeches and dancing. Outdoors, the pagoda provides a sheltered setting for wedding vows or cocktails, while the pond and grounds offer attractive locations for photographs. A conference room is also available for meetings and corporate retreats.

The venue welcomes a range of occasions, including weddings, multi-day South Asian celebrations, quinceañeras, graduations, birthdays and corporate gatherings. Its packages include venue hire and event set-up, with higher tiers adding options such as post-event cleaning, event staff, a venue coordinator and table settings. Organisers can bring their own caterers and other vendors, subject to venue policies, which gives them flexibility to shape the event around their plans.

With dedicated event spaces, outdoor scenery and practical facilities on one property, Signature Retreat offers organisers a setting for both formal celebrations and relaxed countryside gatherings. Prospective clients can arrange a tour and discuss availability, guest numbers and package options with the venue team.
