Garage B at The Speedway

Garage B at The Speedway is a flexible event venue in Boston's Brighton neighbourhood, set within the Charles River Speedway. The main space occupies a converted 1940s garage, with an open warehouse-style interior that organisers can arrange to suit their event. It offers 3,300 square feet indoors, with room for up to 160 seated guests or 240 standing. Large glass garage doors open onto a landscaped patio of about 1,700 square feet, allowing indoor and outdoor areas to be used together.

The venue welcomes weddings, family celebrations, corporate gatherings, community events, brand activations, workshops and film or photo shoots. Couples can hold a ceremony and reception at the same location, while corporate organisers can arrange meetings, seminars, networking events, product launches and staff parties. The open layout can be adapted for dining, presentations, dancing or guest activities.

Facilities include an in-house sound system, high-bandwidth Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning, dedicated toilets and a catering preparation area. Garage B does not provide its own catering, but organisers can work with recommended caterers and other approved suppliers. The surrounding Speedway also has food and drink businesses nearby. A smaller adjoining venue, The Annex, is available for intimate gatherings, workshops, breakout sessions or as an additional space alongside a Garage B booking. It accommodates up to 50 standing guests or 30 seated.
