La CHAMBRE (the room)

La CHAMBRE (the room) is a renovated event venue in historic downtown Abbeville, Louisiana, available to hire for intimate celebrations and gatherings. Its rustic character and flexible layout suit wedding receptions, birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, holiday celebrations, reunions and business meetings. The venue is designed for smaller events, with a maximum capacity of 84 guests.

Organisers can choose from short or longer hire packages, with time for setting up and decorating included in some options. The space is offered as a flexible setting rather than a full-service event package, giving clients the freedom to shape the occasion and bring in their own suppliers. Its open-vendor policy allows organisers to select their preferred caterer, drinks provider, DJ and entertainment.

The venue provides tables and chairs, including round and rectangular tables, along with bar stools, cocktail tables and a lounge seating set. Guests can make use of the bar and kitchen, while the included Bluetooth sound system supports music and entertainment. Additional facilities include Wi-Fi, a wireless microphone, a podium, a portable television and a photo backdrop frame. Table and chair linens are available for an extra charge, and clients may also bring their own decorations and linens.

La CHAMBRE is a practical option for organisers looking for a private, adaptable space in the centre of Abbeville. Prospective hirers can arrange a tour and discuss availability and package options directly with the venue.
