Woodlawn Theatre

Woodlawn Theatre is a live music and private event venue in Birmingham's Woodlawn neighbourhood. Its 1,400-square-foot space welcomes touring and local performers, while also giving event planners a distinctive setting for weddings, corporate functions, fundraisers, private parties and smaller gatherings such as meetings, workshops and screenings.

The room can be arranged to suit different formats, from a standing audience of up to 250 to seated events, with capacity depending on the layout. Planners have access to a stage, PA system, lighting, projector and large screen, as well as chairs and tables. An in-house audio-visual technician can be added when support is needed. The venue also has a full-service bar, a lobby area, a private backstage suite with its own entrance and bathroom, and rear parking for hosts and vendors. Nearby public parking is available too.

For weddings, the theatre can host ceremonies, receptions and rehearsal dinners, with room for a dance floor and the option to bring in preferred catering and décor suppliers. Corporate organisers can use the stage and presentation equipment for talks, training, awards and company celebrations. The team offers full-day and shorter hourly rental options, and works with organisers to tailor arrangements to the event. With its performance-ready facilities and flexible event layouts, Woodlawn Theatre is suited to planners looking for a compact, characterful venue in Birmingham.
