Hazelwood Centre

Hazelwood Centre is an event venue in Lower Sunbury, set within extensive grounds in a riverside part of Surrey. Its event spaces are available for weddings, private celebrations, wakes and corporate occasions, with two function rooms that can be booked separately or together. The adjoining outdoor space gives organisers further options for receptions and larger gatherings.

The rooms look out across the grounds and can host events ranging from smaller, more intimate occasions to celebrations for larger groups. For parties, the venue offers flexible hot and cold food options, a licensed bar and event-day support. Wedding packages include a choice of rooms, food and drinks, along with practical touches such as table linen, audio equipment, a projector, Wi-Fi and parking. A dedicated wedding coordinator and events team can help couples plan the details, with bespoke arrangements available for celebrations that do not suit a set package.

Organisers can also enquire about corporate events, children’s parties, wakes and pitch hire. The venue’s sizeable grounds provide room for outdoor activities and event set-ups, while the main facilities offer a comfortable base for guests. Hazelwood’s team handles bookings and can discuss room layouts, menus and specific requirements directly with organisers. Its combination of indoor function rooms, outdoor space, a bar and event support makes the centre a flexible choice for gatherings in Sunbury-on-Thames.
