Salle communale d'Ambres

Le Grès, 81500 Ambres, France

Salle communale d'Ambres is a municipal venue available for hire for occasional events. Located at Le Grès, near the municipal stadium, it is open to individuals and associations, whether they live in the commune or elsewhere. The town council makes two community halls available for gatherings organised locally.

This option may suit organisers looking for a venue to bring together their guests or members without using a private establishment. Bookings are made through the town council and are subject to the conditions set by the municipality. Associations are asked to submit their request several months before the planned date. Individuals must submit a booking form along with proof of insurance and the cheques required for the security deposit and hire fee.

Before booking the hall, it is advisable to contact the municipal office to check availability, obtain the forms and find out about the rules of use and current rates. The town council can also clarify the practical arrangements for each request. With its community spaces open to associations and individuals, Salle communale d'Ambres is a local option for organising an event in the Tarn, subject to the municipality's calendar and booking procedures.
