Theater vanBeresteyn in Veendam hires out a range of spaces for business meetings, cultural activities and festive occasions. Organisers can use the venue for meetings, conferences, presentations, lectures, receptions and corporate parties, among other events. Amateur groups and schools can also use the theatre auditorium and stage for performances and productions.

The venue offers several rooms with a variety of facilities. Nedmagzaal is the largest space, accommodating around 350 visitors with the tiered seating in place. Without the tiered seating, the room can be set up with tables and chairs. Connecting it to the foyer creates capacity for larger gatherings and standing concerts. The foyer, Jonckherenzaal and Winkler Prinszaal offer additional options for presentations, receptions and smaller gatherings. There are also two compact rooms for meetings in smaller groups.

The spaces can be arranged flexibly, allowing organisers to choose a layout that suits their programme and group. Depending on the room, facilities such as Wi-Fi, sound systems, projectors, screens, stage equipment and staff support are available. Live streaming is also possible in Nedmagzaal. Catering facilities can be part of the event. Anyone combining a performance with a business meeting or reception can ask about a suitable package, for example with drinks, snacks or dinner in the Grand Café.

With its professional theatre stage, smaller meeting rooms and foyer, vanBeresteyn is suitable for a wide range of programmes in Veendam. When requesting a room, organisers can discuss their requirements for the room, layout and facilities.
