Loch Aerie Mansion, LLC

Loch Aerie Mansion is a historic event venue in Malvern, Pennsylvania, offering an elegant setting for weddings, corporate gatherings, fundraisers and galas. Built in 1865, the restored mansion combines period character with purpose-designed event spaces and modern facilities, giving organisers a choice of settings for different parts of an occasion.

The estate includes a grand ballroom of around 5,000 square feet, suitable for receptions, dinners, dancing and ceremonies. Depending on the event layout, the ballroom can host up to 200 guests when a ceremony is held on site, or up to 250 for a reception following an off-site ceremony. Smaller gatherings can use rooms in the original mansion, including the parlour, dining room and billiard room. Indoor and outdoor ceremony locations, landscaped gardens and the mansion's entrance and staircase also offer distinctive backdrops for guest arrival and photographs.

For weddings, the venue has separate preparation suites for the couple and their attendants. Corporate organisers can use the larger ballroom for a main gathering or divide the space for smaller sessions, while the mansion's rooms suit more intimate meetings, dinners and receptions. Loch Aerie Mansion works with Serock Catering, which provides the venue's exclusive food service, with menu options for plated dinners and cocktail-style events. A venue team supports planning and event-day coordination, helping organisers shape the room arrangement and guest experience around their programme.

With its historic architecture, flexible rooms and grounds, Loch Aerie Mansion is suited to planners seeking a distinctive Chester County location for a celebration or business event.
