Lounge on Melrose

Lounge on Melrose is a flexible studio and performance venue in West Hollywood, available to rent for creative projects, classes and selected events. Its six studios can be booked individually, with the option to combine spaces for larger projects. Room capacities range from small groups to audiences of around 45 people, depending on the studio and layout.

The spaces suit theatre rehearsals, scene work, table reads, workshops, classes, castings and self-taping. Organisers can also enquire about photography and video shoots, intimate performances, comedy shows and events with an audience. Several rooms include a stage area, while the larger performance studios have seating, lighting and sound equipment. One studio also has a projector and screen. Furnishings and set pieces vary by room, with items such as rehearsal cubes, tables, chairs and monitors available in selected studios.

The venue is intended for both one-off bookings and recurring use. Online booking is available for many sessions, while production rentals, audience events and some longer-term or specialised requests are handled through an enquiry process. Organisers can discuss the date, room requirements and intended use with the venue team to identify a suitable studio. Shared facilities include restrooms and a central kitchenette. Located on Melrose Avenue, the venue offers a practical base for small-scale creative gatherings, rehearsals and performances in the Los Angeles area.
