Willow Oak Room at the Creedmoor Community Center

The Willow Oak Room is a bookable event space at the Creedmoor Community Center in Creedmoor, North Carolina. It provides a flexible setting for organisers planning meetings, celebrations, receptions, club gatherings and other special events. The room can accommodate up to 150 people, with seating and table arrangements available for groups of different sizes.

Venue hire is offered in half-day and full-day periods. The rental period includes time for setting up and clearing away, which gives organisers time to prepare the space and complete their event. The room is equipped with 18 round tables, six rectangular tables and 150 chairs. A large LED monitor and sound equipment are also provided, supporting presentations, announcements and other programme needs.

A warming kitchen is available, with a refrigerator, microwave, preparation counter and sink. This gives organisers a place to handle basic food preparation and keep items ready during an event. The room is a practical option for community and private functions where a dedicated gathering space, tables and technical equipment are useful.

Located on Douglas Drive, the Willow Oak Room is managed through the City of Creedmoor's recreation facilities. Organisers can check availability and make rental enquiries through the city's facility booking service. The published facility schedule shows availability throughout the week, with rental hours extending into the evening. Confirm current arrangements, access and any additional requirements with the city when planning a booking.
