Konzerthaus Stadthalle Heidelberg

Neckarstaden 24, 69117 Heidelberg, Germany

Konzerthaus Stadthalle Heidelberg is a historic event venue in the Old Town, right by the Neckar. This listed building combines historic architecture with modern event technology and is suitable for concerts, formal galas, balls, receptions and other social events. Event planners can enquire about different rooms and layout options to suit the format and number of guests.

At its heart is the Wolfgang-Marguerre-Saal. Thanks to its movable floor, it can be configured for a range of event formats. With theatre-style seating, it can accommodate up to 636 people. Other rooms, such as the Meriansaal, the Kammermusiksaal and the Ballsaal, offer further options for smaller events or additional programme items. Foyers and other areas can complement the venue's spaces, depending on the plans. Capacities depend, among other things, on the seating layout and stage size.

Event organisers have access to modern stage and sound technology as well as step-free access. Its location by the Neckar and views of the Heidelberg surroundings give the venue a special setting for events. Following extensive renovation, the Konzerthaus reopened on 1 February 2026. Anyone planning an event can ask the venue's team about availability, suitable rooms and the conditions for their chosen format. The Stadthalle is therefore a versatile venue for cultural events and celebrations in a central Heidelberg location.
