City View at Sterling Square

City View at Sterling Square is an event venue in Evansville, Indiana, set inside a historic building with exposed brick, original masonry, steel beams and high ceilings. Its indoor spaces combine industrial character with contemporary facilities, giving event planners a choice of settings for weddings, business gatherings and private celebrations.

The 1910 Sterling Ballroom is the venue's largest space, with room for receptions, dinners, galas and larger gatherings. The Sunset Ballroom can host wedding ceremonies and receptions as well as presentations, training sessions and general events. For smaller meetings, breakout sessions or drinks, the Skyline Conference Room offers flexible layouts and video-conferencing equipment. The Crystal Loft and Copper Lounge provide more intimate spaces that can serve as private suites, boardrooms, green rooms or breakout areas.

City View welcomes a broad range of events, including corporate functions, conferences, fundraisers, holiday parties, reunions, birthday celebrations and weddings. Couples can hold their ceremony and reception at the venue, with separate spaces available for getting ready. The venue also promotes support from its team and an open-vendor policy, allowing organisers to choose suppliers that suit their event. Wedding arrangements can include tables, chairs, linens, coordination and AV equipment, while available inclusions and pricing should be confirmed directly with the venue.

Modern event facilities include lighting and sound systems, projectors, screens, microphones, high-speed internet and video-conferencing options.
