whitepaper

Ziegelweg 3, 72764 Reutlingen, Germany

whitepaper is a business venue in the historic Wendler-Areal in Reutlingen. Companies and event planners can book individual rooms or the entire venue for meetings, seminars, workshops, team-building events and exhibitions. Depending on the room layout, it can accommodate anything from small working groups to larger events for up to 100 people.

The rooms offer a range of options. Small offices are ideal for discussions and focused work in very small groups. The Black Room is designed for meetings and workshops with teams, while the White Room offers more space for groups and a variety of working formats. The Lounge acts as a central meeting point between the areas and can be used for breaks, conversation and shared meals. Those who need more space can book the venue exclusively.

Wi-Fi, Apple TV and digital flipcharts are among the facilities available for presentations and collaboration on site. The operators provide personal support to organisers and tailor the use of the rooms to each occasion. Catering can also be adapted to suit the programme. Options include live cooking, BBQ, sushi and wine tastings. Water, tea, fruit and coffee are also available.

The setting combines modern, design-led interiors with the character of the former industrial site. The Echaz flows directly past the building, and a terrace extends the Lounge. There are a few parking spaces in front of the building, with additional parking available in a nearby public car park. whitepaper is therefore a suitable choice for organisers looking for a flexible venue in Reutlingen for business gatherings, creative working sessions or a team event.
