Ressource Detmold

Allee 11, 32756 Detmold, Germany

Ressource Detmold offers event spaces in a historic Palais on the Allee. This listed building combines neoclassical architecture with a distinctive interior, where historic details are preserved during use. These include wooden ceilings, wood panelling, distinctive door surrounds and antique stoves. The ballroom and other rooms on the upper floor are available to hire.

The Palais is suited to organisers looking for a distinctive setting for gatherings and special occasions. The rooms have been renovated and fitted with modern technology, bringing together a historic atmosphere and practical requirements. The garden is also part of the clubhouse and adds an outdoor area to the offering. The specific uses, available rooms and conditions should be discussed directly with the association.

Behind the venue is Gesellschaft Ressource, an association founded in 1825 that primarily uses its own rooms for the social life of its members. Alongside the association's activities, cultural and social events are also held there. The building itself has a long history and has been the association's headquarters since 1935. If you are looking for a historic venue with its own distinctive character for an event in Detmold, you can contact Ressource to ask whether the Palais is available for your occasion and date. Hiring the association's rooms also makes the building an interesting option for external event planners who value a historic setting and a central location.
