The 1808

The 1808 is a historic event venue in downtown Kennesaw, Georgia, welcoming organisers planning weddings, company gatherings, performances and private celebrations. Set in a restored former church, the venue pairs the character of an older building with flexible rooms that can be arranged for different occasions and guest numbers. Smaller spaces suit groups of around 25, while the largest configuration can accommodate up to 175 guests.

For wedding organisers, the setting and gallery offer a distinctive backdrop for ceremonies and receptions. The venue is also suited to corporate off-sites and retreats, meetings, concerts, theatre and other performance events. Its high ceilings, timber floors and warm acoustics lend themselves particularly well to live music and stage-based programmes. Organisers can discuss room layouts and event requirements with the venue team.

Planning support includes connections with local businesses such as Gabriel's Restaurant and Bakery, florists and other suppliers, helping organisers bring together elements of an event. Apotheos Roastery is also located within the venue, and its team-building coffee-blending activity can add a participatory element to a corporate retreat or group gathering. These partner options can help simplify planning, while allowing each organiser to shape an event around their needs.

Located in central Kennesaw, The 1808 has parking beside the building and additional parking nearby. Its combination of historic architecture, adaptable event spaces and local partner connections makes it a practical option for organisers seeking a memorable venue for a gathering in the area.
