Présent !

6 Rue Pierre Larousse, 75014 Paris, France

Présent ! offers a 100 m² meeting and training room for hire in the 14th arrondissement of Paris. Around a 15-minute walk from Montparnasse station, this ground-floor space is suitable for team meetings, training sessions, workshops and seminars. Natural light and a view over an inner courtyard create a pleasant setting for work, while the layout can be adapted to the needs of each group.

The room can accommodate up to 50 people in a theatre-style layout. For working around tables, classroom, U-shaped and island layouts make it easy to adapt the space for presentations, discussions and group exercises. Organisers have access to three projectors, Wi-Fi, an electronic flipchart and traditional flipcharts. A sound system, quiet reversible air conditioning and carefully designed soundproofing complete the facilities.

A separate 30 m² space is available for breaks. Refreshment packages are offered, from a simple break with drinks to a more substantial option. The venue also has tables and chairs, a cloakroom, fridges and toilets. Hire times are flexible, from 8 am to midnight, every day of the week, and the room is reserved for one group at a time.

Close to public transport and several hotels, Présent ! is a suitable choice for organisers looking for an equipped space to bring their participants together in Paris, without having to set up the essential equipment themselves.
