Evangelisches Waldheim Untertürkheim

In den Aspen 1, 70327 Stuttgart, Germany

Evangelische Waldheim Untertürkheim rents out rooms and outdoor areas for private celebrations, club events and other occasions in Stuttgart. Event planners can choose between a large hall for up to 120 people and two smaller rooms. Raum 1 has space for around 60 to 70 people and can be divided up flexibly. Raum 2, with around 20 to 30 seats, is suitable for smaller groups. The large hall can be booked seasonally from May to October. Individual arrangements can be made for events at other times.

The outdoor area can also be used for events. Facilities include a barbecue area, a covered terrace, a fridge and beer-garden table-and-bench sets. The play and sports areas offer additional options for celebrations with children. The rooms are accessible and can be reached by public transport. A limited number of parking spaces are available.

The Waldheim does not provide catering. Organisers bring their own food and drinks and can use the large kitchen by prior arrangement. This makes the venue particularly suitable for groups that want to organise their own catering. Tables and chairs are provided in the rooms for hire. Enquiries about availability, prices and the relevant hire terms should be made through Evangelische Gesamtkirchenpflege Untertürkheim. This allows event planners to check in advance which room is right for the group size and planned occasion.
