Pine Grove Barn at Shadd Farms

Pine Grove Barn at Shadd Farms is a countryside venue in Lake Butler, Florida, for weddings and other private celebrations. Set on a family farm among pine trees and wildlife, the property offers a choice of scenic outdoor ceremony locations alongside an indoor reception space. The air-conditioned barn can host up to 250 guests, with an outdoor porch providing another area for guests to gather.

Facilities are designed to support the wedding day from getting ready through to the reception. The bridal suite includes a hair and make-up area and private bathroom, while a separate lounge is available for the groom and wedding party. A prep kitchen has a refrigerator, ice-maker, oven and worktop space. The venue provides tables and chairs, and its team handles their set-up and breakdown for the chosen layout. An on-site staff member is present during events, and couples can arrange access to the grounds for an engagement photo session before the wedding.

Wedding booking options include weekday and single-day packages, a Friday or Saturday package, a weekend arrangement and a reception-only option. The weekend package allows time for decorating and a rehearsal dinner before the wedding, with clean-up scheduled for the following day. Couples can also enquire about optional tablecloths, greenery and mosquito spraying.

The barn is also available for private events such as wedding showers, birthdays, graduation parties and baby showers. Pricing for these occasions is tailored to the event. Its rural setting, indoor facilities and outdoor spaces give organisers options for both the gathering and its photographs, with Gainesville, Lake City and Jacksonville within driving distance.
