Schultenhof Mettingen

Burgstraße 9, 49497 Mettingen, Germany

Schultenhof Mettingen is a historic farmstead in the centre of Mettingen that can be hired for events. The listed ensemble brings together several buildings and outdoor areas, allowing event organisers to choose different rooms and settings to suit each occasion.

The site includes the main house, a storehouse, a barn and other historic farm buildings. The Kunstspeicher is suitable for exhibitions and smaller events, while the main house can be used for gatherings and celebrations. The barn and outdoor area also offer options for events with an individual character. A traditional farmhouse garden adds to the historic setting.

Schultenhof is also a venue for civil wedding ceremonies. The ceremony room in the so-called Fleet has around 30 seats. After the ceremony, guests can raise a glass outdoors by prior arrangement, take photos and, if appropriate, use the adjoining Diele. This makes the venue especially suitable for couples who want to celebrate their wedding ceremony in a setting steeped in tradition.

The site is also used for cultural events, including exhibitions, readings, theatre and music. It therefore offers event organisers a versatile setting for celebrations, gatherings and smaller cultural events. Rooms and grounds can be hired subject to the applicable terms of use. Details about availability, rooms and possible uses should be agreed directly with the responsible department of the municipality of Mettingen.
