Barry Masonic Hall

Barry Masonic Hall is a characterful venue in the heart of Barry, available to hire for weddings, family celebrations and corporate gatherings. Built in 1905, the hall offers a welcoming setting for wedding receptions, birthday parties, children’s celebrations, family get-togethers, training days and awards evenings. It can accommodate functions for up to 140 people.

Organisers can choose hall hire on its own or arrange bar and catering options to suit the occasion. The venue offers everything from buffet-style food to catered sit-down meals, with menus available for banqueting, buffets and children’s parties. A dedicated wedding package is also offered, with a three-course wedding breakfast, evening buffet, arrival drinks, cake, and table and chair decorations for a celebration of 80 guests.

The hall has a fully licensed bar and premises licence for alcoholic drinks and live entertainment. Its installed sound system can support music, dancing, discos and speeches, while organisers are welcome to bring their own entertainment. Disabled access is available, and the venue’s central Broad Street location is close to Barry railway station, local bus services and a taxi rank, helping guests reach the event.

With flexible hire choices and a team able to discuss catering and event requirements, Barry Masonic Hall provides a practical setting for both personal milestones and organised business occasions. Event planners can enquire about availability, menus, hire arrangements and the facilities best suited to their plans.
