The Stables at Washita Farms

The Stables at Washita Farms is a family-run event venue in Mannsville, southern Oklahoma, set in a former horse barn. Its equestrian character, timber details and vintage touches give the space a distinctive look, while the barn's flexible layout lets organisers shape it for a range of occasions. The venue welcomes weddings, rehearsal dinners, engagement celebrations, anniversaries, milestone birthdays, family reunions, parties and corporate retreats. The barn can accommodate up to 300 guests indoors.

Organisers can add their own decorations to the setting and choose their own suppliers. Tables, chairs and vintage furniture are included with the rental. Facilities include a permanent bar, a lounge area, a serving space and a catering kitchen with commercial preparation surfaces. There are separate, climate-controlled toilets, and the barn has central heating and air conditioning, although complete temperature control is not guaranteed. Alcohol is permitted subject to the venue's contract terms.

For wedding groups and guests travelling from further afield, two nearby homes are available to rent alongside an event. The Saddle House has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the Bunk House offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both provide additional space for wedding parties or visiting family.

The venue is available by appointment for visits, and organisers can enquire about packages and pricing directly. Venue staff look after the property and its features and can coordinate with suppliers, but they do not provide full event planning, decorating or timeline management. Most weekend bookings require a full-weekend rental, with some exceptions.
