Hansen Guest Ranch & Event Venue

Hansen Guest Ranch & Event Venue is a western-style guest ranch in Swan Valley, Idaho, where organisers can bring groups together amid open grounds, creekside scenery and historic ranch buildings. The property welcomes weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats, meetings and camps, with overnight accommodation available for guests who want to stay on site.

Accommodation options include private suites in a renovated historic barn, cabins, a cottage, a yurt and bunkhouses. This mix gives organisers flexibility for gatherings of different sizes and makes it possible to combine event space with a group stay. The barn loft provides an indoor area for meetings and seminars, while the ranch also has a multi-purpose facility and outdoor grounds that can suit receptions and informal activities. Couples can use the landscaped grounds and willow groves as a setting for their wedding, with indoor common areas available for receptions.

For group catering, the ranch provides an outdoor cooking area with an oven, range, barbecues and smokers, as well as a fire pit. Organisers can arrange local catering and baking services. Facilities and activities on the property include a dining hall, tennis court, horseshoe pit and croquet, while the surrounding area offers outdoor recreation across the seasons. The ranch also offers mindfulness retreats led by its owner, with activities such as yoga, art and life coaching.

Set within reach of Jackson Hole, the Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone, Hansen Guest Ranch offers event planners a rural setting that combines gathering spaces, accommodation and opportunities for guests to spend time outdoors.
