Beauregard Parish Civic Center and Arena

Beauregard Parish Civic Center and Arena is a large covered venue in DeRidder, Louisiana, available for events and equestrian activities. Its main building includes a rodeo arena equipped with rough-stock chutes, holding pens and a roping box. With substantial indoor floor space and bleacher seating for more than 4,000 spectators, the venue can accommodate sizeable public gatherings and sporting events.

Organisers can request event dates through the arena's booking process. The calendar features rodeos, team roping and other horse-related competitions, while the venue also presents itself as suitable for concerts, conventions and community events. Its facilities include an event office, concession stand and arena washrooms, helping support event operations and visitor needs.

Alongside the main arena, the site has a separate practice and warm-up arena that can be reserved when available. The adjoining stall area has more than 200 stalls, with additional capacity available on request. For visitors staying on site, RV facilities include full-service connections and separate electric and water hookups.

The arena also offers scheduled practice reservations, subject to the event calendar and management approval. Practice bookings have their own process and conditions, including advance payment and documentation requirements for horse activities. Event organisers can contact the arena to discuss scheduling and facility use, while equestrian participants can enquire about practice availability. Its combination of covered competition space, warm-up facilities, stalls and visitor hookups makes it a practical option for rodeos and other events centred on horses.
