The Highland Loft

The Highland Loft is a wedding and event venue in downtown Elgin, Illinois, offering adaptable spaces for ceremonies, receptions, private celebrations and corporate occasions. Set within a restored historic building, its loft interiors feature exposed brick, high ceilings, original character and generous open layouts. Organisers can arrange the space for an intimate gathering or a large event, with flexible floor plans and capacity for events of up to 600 guests.

Couples can host their ceremony and reception at the venue, with getting-ready suites and overnight loft apartments available for wedding parties and guests. The venue also welcomes birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties, showers, quinceañeras, retirement celebrations and other private events. For business and community organisers, the spaces suit fundraisers, galas, networking events, workshops and corporate dinners.

Event facilities include a caterer's preparation kitchen, bar packages, dance floor options, lounge areas, complimentary Wi-Fi and an on-site sound system. Organisers can work with their preferred licensed and insured suppliers, or ask about the venue's preferred vendors and event packages. Catering, décor, bar service and other options may be arranged to suit the occasion. An on-site coordinator supports planning and event-day arrangements, including layout choices and practical details.
