Traine at Seaboard Station

Traine at Seaboard Station offers event planners a distinctive venue in a restored railway building in downtown Raleigh. Original brick walls and exposed timber beams give the space an industrial character, while modern furnishings and market lighting create a warm setting for celebrations and business events.

The venue has around 4,500 square feet of open-plan gathering space, with room for up to 270 guests in a cocktail-style layout or 175 seated. Its flexible floor plan can be arranged for wedding ceremonies and receptions, corporate functions, fundraisers, holiday parties, birthdays, anniversaries, showers and other private gatherings. Three large doors connect the main room to an outdoor lounge and deck, allowing organisers to shape an indoor-outdoor event flow.

Facilities include a private suite with its own bathroom, a prep kitchen for the chosen caterer, guest tables and chairs, and a custom in-house bar staffed by bartenders. Planners can select from different bar arrangements, and the venue's team can offer partial planning support, a custom floor plan and guidance on vendors. Outside catering is accommodated, giving organisers flexibility over menus and suppliers.

The site is on one level and is described as ADA accessible. Public parking is available nearby, and hotels, restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
