Studio-Overa

Overaseweg 15, 4836 BA Breda, Netherlands

Studio-Overa rents out a small venue for business gatherings on the edge of Mastbos in Breda. It is suitable for groups of 2 to 20 people and offers a peaceful, informal setting for meetings, workshops, courses, networking events and drinks receptions. There is space to host guests both indoors and outdoors, allowing organisers to tailor the setting to their programme and the weather.
The venue can be hired by the half-day or for a full day. Wi-Fi, a screen with an HDMI connection and a flip chart with pens are available for presentations and working sessions. Free parking is available at the venue. Organisers can also make arrangements for coffee, tea and soft drinks, a catered lunch or drinks and snacks. Lunch is prepared with fresh ingredients, and dietary requirements can be discussed. For drinks or snacks at another time, requirements can be agreed in advance.
With its limited capacity, Studio-Overa is particularly well suited to gatherings where personal attention and calm discussion are important. Options include a team meeting, a training day, a creative workshop or a small business reception. The green surroundings by Mastbos offer a different setting from a standard meeting room in the city, while practical facilities for work and presentations are available.
Hire periods and catering can be agreed to suit the gathering. Organisers can get in touch in advance to discuss their preferred date, group size and plans for the venue. This allows the space to be prepared for a working session, course, gathering or informal drinks reception.
