Hamer Hall

Hamer Hall is an athletic facility on PennWest California's campus in California, Pennsylvania. For event organisers, it offers a sports-focused setting that can support activities such as camps, competitions and campus gatherings. The building has three basketball courts and a swimming pool, making it particularly suited to programmes that need indoor recreation or sports facilities rather than a conventional banquet or meeting room.

The university lists Hamer Hall among its campus facilities for event reservations and provides a designated contact for enquiries about the building. PennWest California also supports organisers with planning for sports camps, academic programmes, conferences, reunions and other group events across its campus. Depending on the event, organisers can enquire about combining Hamer Hall with other campus spaces and services. The university describes additional facilities across the campus, along with catering and technical support options, which may help when a programme needs more than the sports space alone.

Hamer Hall is an active university facility, so availability and arrangements will depend on campus schedules and the type of booking requested. Organisers should contact the university before planning around a particular date, room configuration or event format. Its strongest fit is for groups seeking an established campus location for sports-related gatherings, training or camp activities, with access to basketball courts and a pool. It is less suited to planners looking primarily for a dedicated wedding venue, conference centre or formal banquet hall.
