The Event Center at Cascades Overlook

The Event Center at Cascades Overlook is a flexible venue in Sterling, Virginia, for weddings, private celebrations and corporate gatherings. Its spaces range from a smaller Party Room for intimate occasions to a Grand Ballroom that can be hired in full or half-size configurations. The ballroom can host ceremonies, receptions, conferences and larger celebrations, with layouts suited to theatre-style presentations or seated dining.

Weddings can include use of the ballroom, bridal and groom suites, tables and chairs, and an adjoining caterer's kitchen. Couples may bring in outside caterers and vendors, and can work with their own event planner or choose a planner familiar with the venue. The Party Room is available for occasions such as rehearsal dinners and bridal showers, as well as birthdays and other smaller gatherings. The venue also welcomes celebrations including baby showers, Quinceañeras, Bar Mitzvahs, religious occasions and work parties.

For business organisers, the centre offers rooms for executive meetings, presentations, seminars, luncheons, banquets and conferences. Available facilities include broadband Wi-Fi, presentation screens, a projector and sound equipment, with a customisable stage in the ballroom. Tables and chairs can be arranged before the event, and the team can discuss room configurations and rental options with organisers.

Set within Cascades Overlook Town Center, the venue is near hotels, shops and restaurants, and is a short drive from Dulles International Airport. Organisers can arrange a weekday tour by appointment and book the spaces throughout the week. The venue's mix of room sizes makes it suitable for both small gatherings and larger events, while the option to use outside suppliers gives planners flexibility in arranging food and other event services.
