Sausalito Center for the Arts

Sausalito Center for the Arts is a flexible event venue in downtown Sausalito, available to hire for company and personal events. Its 4,600-square-foot open-plan space can be arranged to suit different formats, with room for more than 150 people. The centre offers hourly, daily and multi-day rentals, giving event planners options for everything from a short meeting to a longer programme or exhibition.

The adaptable floor plan is suited to corporate meetings, workshops, panel discussions, art exhibitions and fairs, as well as receptions and dining events. Images of the venue show different layouts for exhibitions, lectures and dine-and-dance occasions. Ceiling heights range from 12 to 20 feet, and the building retains a distinctive bank vault that adds character to the space.

Located among downtown Sausalito's hotels, restaurants and shops, the venue is within walking distance of the Golden Gate Ferry and bus services. Parking is available nearby. Organisers can explore catering options through local restaurants, making it possible to shape refreshments around their event and guest list.

Alongside its hireable event space, the centre supports the local arts community with exhibitions, music, spoken-word events, panel discussions and educational programmes. Its programme brings artists and audiences together, while the venue rental offering gives event planners a central, versatile setting for their own gatherings. Contact the centre to discuss availability and the requirements of a proposed event.
