The Mill Event Center

The Mill Event Center is a historic reception and event venue in Lancaster, Ohio, where original industrial character meets modern facilities. The restored former mill offers around 6,000 square feet of event space for weddings, receptions, galas, corporate functions, concerts and other celebrations. Its exposed brick interior provides a distinctive backdrop that organisers can use as it is or personalise with their own décor.

The venue can accommodate up to 225 guests for a seated dinner, with space for around 300 at a cocktail-style gathering. Alongside the main event space, there is a covered outdoor ceremony pavilion, a patio that can be used throughout the year and two private dressing rooms, each with its own entrance and restroom. These facilities make it possible to host different parts of a wedding or celebration in one location.

Rental arrangements include an on-site event coordinator, tables and chairs, basic linens, set-up and pack-down, free parking and access to the venue's audio-visual equipment. Wi-Fi, surround sound, a projector and microphones support presentations and entertainment. The Mill Tap Room provides a staffed bar with a broad drinks selection. For food, organisers can choose a licensed caterer, who can use the commercial kitchen for holding, warming and serving. The venue does not provide catering itself.
