Maison des associations
- 210 Rue du Maréchal Leclerc, 59262 Sainghin-en-Mélantois, France
This venue is suitable for association meetings, workshops, group activities and other gatherings that require a functional setting. Associations and events in the commune are given priority when allocating the space. Private individuals can also request the room for private use, while organisations and associations from outside the commune can apply to use it for non-celebratory activities. The municipality assesses each request based on the associations' schedule of activities.
Bookings are made through the town hall, which manages requests and informs applicants of its decision. Heating, electricity and telecommunications costs are included in the hire fee, as is time set aside for tidying and cleaning. Conditions and prices vary depending on the applicant's profile. For organisers looking for a conveniently located, moderately sized room with basic facilities, this venue is a practical option for bringing a group together in a municipal setting.
