BridgeStreet Gallery & Loft

BridgeStreet Gallery & Loft is a two-storey event venue in downtown Birmingham, offering a flexible setting for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, corporate events and fundraisers. Its open-plan loft character gives organisers room to shape the space around their event, from a seated dinner to a cocktail-style reception.

The venue combines brick walls, hardwood floors, artwork, natural light and a distinctive staircase. White walls and string lighting create a light, adaptable backdrop, while the option of exposed brick adds a more industrial feel. The two floors can be arranged in different ways, and organisers may discuss hiring just one level for smaller gatherings. Capacity is listed at up to 250 seated guests or 300 for a reception.

Venue amenities include furnishings, décor, table linens, lighting, audiovisual and internet capabilities, and rooms for wedding parties to get ready. Organisers can choose from a list of preferred caterers or bring in an outside caterer subject to licensing requirements and an additional fee. Alcohol is also permitted. The venue provides information about event timings and can help organisers arrange a tour and discuss their plans.

Located near Birmingham hotels, restaurants and local attractions, BridgeStreet offers an urban setting with practical amenities for guests. Its wedding and special-event enquiry options make it suitable for both private celebrations and business gatherings. Event planners should note that access to the upper floor is by stairs only, with no lift, so this may affect accessibility planning.
