Savant on Second

Savant on Second is a flexible event venue in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida, offering more than 6,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor space for private celebrations and corporate occasions. Its historic setting combines a spacious interior with an outdoor terrace, giving organisers options for events that need a polished backdrop as well as room to adapt the layout and atmosphere.

The venue welcomes weddings, graduation parties, corporate gatherings, art openings and other private celebrations. The indoor rooms and terrace can be used together or arranged to suit the event, whether the plan calls for a seated meal, a reception, a dance floor or an outdoor bar. The venue describes capacity for up to 250 guests, making it suitable for both intimate gatherings and larger functions.

Event planners and caterers can bring their own ideas and suppliers. Savant on Second does not require organisers to use only its preferred vendors, though a list of recommended providers is available. Speakers and microphones are on site, and additional audio-visual equipment can be arranged through the venue's preferred suppliers or the organiser's own team. An event manager is available during bookings to assist with arrangements. The venue also has a private parking area behind the building, with on-street parking nearby.

Bookings are offered on weekday and weekend schedules, with shorter and full-day rental options. Savant on Second provides pricing information and invites organisers to request a tailored proposal or arrange a site visit. Its adaptable rooms, outdoor space and flexible supplier policy make it a practical choice for planners seeking a distinctive setting for a celebration or business event in St. Petersburg.
