The Guildford Pavilion

The Guildford Pavilion is an event venue in Guildford, offering a choice of indoor rooms, a rooftop terrace and a private cricket ground for hire. Its spaces can host occasions ranging from small meetings and boardroom sessions to wedding receptions, dinners, parties and larger outdoor gatherings. Organisers can book a single room or combine areas to suit their event and guest numbers.

The Long Room is the largest indoor space, with room for up to 160 standing or 120 seated. It has views across the cricket ground, a private balcony, a bar and facilities for presentations and entertainment. The Terrace Room is suited to smaller meetings, private dinners and drinks receptions, with access to the adjoining roof terrace. The Pavilion also offers the Board Room for focused meetings and a large outdoor ground for summer parties, team days and other gatherings.

An events team supports organisers with planning and coordination. The venue can provide room layouts, tables and chairs, audiovisual facilities and internet access. For food, it works with a selection of caterers offering options that range from barbecues and buffets to canapés and seated meals. Wedding receptions have their own dedicated offering, while the venue also welcomes corporate, community, charity and private events.

The Pavilion is close to Guildford town centre and public transport, with free on-site parking. Its rooms have lift access, and the venue can help organisers shape the spaces and arrangements around the needs of their guests and event.
