Legacy House 614

Legacy House 614 is a small, character-filled event venue in downtown Columbus, Ohio, set inside a historic home dating from 1850. Its rooms combine period charm with a distinctive New Orleans-inspired style, giving organisers a welcoming backdrop for gatherings that benefit from a more personal setting than a conventional hall.

The first floor offers around 1,700 square feet for events with up to 50 guests standing or 35 seated. It suits birthday celebrations, girls' nights, wine evenings, community meetings, board retreats and pop-up shops, as well as photo shoots and content-creation sessions. The connected rooms provide different areas to use during a gathering, while the property's decorative character can help organisers create a considered look without extensive additional styling.

The rental includes use of the kitchen and its listed equipment, along with plates, cups and utensils. The venue is intended for intimate gatherings, so organisers should plan within the stated capacity and discuss any specific requirements when enquiring. Tours can be requested before booking. The second and third floors contain six bedrooms, with kitchens and bathrooms, and overnight accommodation may be available by arrangement.

Legacy House 614 is queer- and woman-of-colour-owned, and presents itself as an inclusive place for people to meet and celebrate. Its central Columbus location and flexible booking make it an option for private and community occasions, creative work, and small business or organisational gatherings. Organisers can contact the venue to discuss availability, a tour and the suitability of the space for their plans.
