Millennium Event Center

Millennium Center is a historic event venue in downtown Winston-Salem, offering organisers a choice of distinctive spaces across three levels. The former government building combines period features with facilities for contemporary celebrations and business events, from intimate gatherings to large receptions.

The main level includes the Millennium Ballroom and Grand Lobby, which can be arranged for wedding receptions, banquets, galas, award ceremonies and corporate functions. Smaller rooms on the upper level suit meetings, training sessions, private dining and breakout activities. The lower level offers a more relaxed setting for rehearsal dinners, themed parties, after-parties and private performances. Rooms can be used separately or combined to create a flow between a ceremony, drinks reception, meal and dancing.

The venue provides in-house food and beverage service, with menus prepared by its culinary team, along with servers and bartenders. Event packages can include tables, chairs, linens, tableware, staging, sound and lighting. Organisers can also discuss floral arrangements and decor options with the team. AV support is available for presentations and performances, and private getting-ready rooms are provided for wedding parties and speakers.

Millennium Center hosts weddings, meetings, conferences, trade shows, fundraisers, holiday parties and other private or corporate occasions. Its staff can assist with venue coordination and event logistics, giving planners one central point of contact for the space and selected on-site services. Tours are available by appointment, allowing organisers to compare the rooms and discuss layouts, guest numbers and event requirements.
