The Salle des fêtes de Bécherel in Plouay offers two municipal spaces for meetings and events of different sizes. Depending on the room selected and the booking conditions, the venue can accommodate family celebrations, banquets, dances, bingo events, shows, concerts, ceremonies, conferences or annual general meetings. Associations and public authorities can also organise gatherings and events there.

The main hall has a stage with a dressing room and an equipped kitchen, with access from the car park to make deliveries easier. Tables and chairs are provided, and two screens with projection equipment are available for presentations or meetings. The stated maximum capacity varies depending on the layout: up to 817 people standing, 700 for a show or meeting, and 650 for a seated meal. The main hall is reserved for associations and public authorities, subject to the conditions published by the town council.

The smaller hall, located in the basement, is better suited to smaller meetings and family or community gatherings. It can accommodate up to 105 people standing, 100 in a meeting or show layout, and 50 for a seated meal. The building is accessible to people with reduced mobility and is close to the town centre.

Booking requests start with an online preliminary application, which must be accepted by the municipal services before a contract can be drawn up.
